Position: Business Analyst for Data Solutions
Join Specsavers as a Business Analyst focusing on data solutions in Burnaby, BC, within our hybrid work environment. Your expertise will drive impactful reporting and business intelligence initiatives.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the reporting lifecycle, from defining project requirements to delivering user-friendly dashboards. Partnering across teams, you’ll ensure that data governance and quality are priorities throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather comprehensive data requirements for product insights

• Oversee complete reporting lifecycle management

• Lead workshops and interviews for requirement clarity

• Document data mappings and governance frameworks

• Collaborate on Power BI and self-service analytics

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience in data

• Knowledge of ETL processes and database schemas

• Strong SQL skills for data profiling

• Saber in Agile methodologies and stakeholder communication

• Effective analytical and negotiation skills
