This pivotal role in the Fraud Program team requires leadership in managing program initiatives that improve the organization's fraud identification and response strategies. You will work closely with engineering, compliance, and analytics teams to determine technical requirements, conduct risk assessments, and oversee the resolution of fraud incidents. Your expertise in AI tools will be essential for increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead fraud prevention initiatives across platforms
• Translate fraud data into product requirements
• Perform assessments for new product launches
• Investigate and analyze fraud incidents
• Align program objectives with stakeholder goals
Requirements:
• 5+ years in program management within fraud contexts
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Skilled in Excel and Google Workspace
• Basic SQL proficiency is a plus
• Technical understanding in product architecture
