This role is designed for motivated individuals, particularly recent graduates or early-career engineers, ready to engage with modern industrial automation systems, including EtherCAT and motion control. You will work closely with application engineers and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer support, while also developing a deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies in the automation landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the point of contact for technical inquiries
• Troubleshoot Beckhoff automation systems effectively
• Assist clients with support via phone, email, and Teams
• Generate technical quotations based on requirements
• Elevate complex issues to appropriate internal teams
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or relevant technical diploma
• Knowledge of industrial automation and motion technology
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Passion for learning and technology
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
