Position: AI DevOps Developer (Content Services)

We are currently seeking an AI Dev Ops Developer (Content Services) to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.
You must have a passion for technology, especially AI and LLM and experimenting with cutting-edge AI models. You have experience using public AI models and setting up private AI and LLMs frameworks to perform daily tasks. You must also have experience building tools, portals and infrastructure to solve business problems.
The successful candidate will be a problem solver who will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, technical documentation, courseware development and others to understand their challenges and business use cases in order to:
Build tools and pipelines that will help streamline their workBuild portals and analytics to capture various data metrics used by Content services teams and PMsHelp enhance various automation pipelines to accomplish single-touch publishing of documents and training materialHelp enhance source repository (gitlab) to improve issue tracking and collaborationBuild AI Agents, skills, tools and MCP servers to chain together tasks performed by AIManage and administer our AI tools and servers including performing regular maintenance, upgrades, backups and installing new modelsBuild cost controls and monitoring into our systems to track AI token, GPU usage and other performance metricsAdvice on infrastructure designs to optimize the delivery of our content, ensure redundancy and operational up-timeHelp enhance our knowledge framework spanning across many internal and external sourceHelp enhance AI workflows that curate content into the knowledge framework for technical documentation and course blueprints, training content, and lab scenariosHelp develop and manage building out automated lab environments for courseware and content developmentTroubleshoot all issues within the realm of Dev Ops infrastructure and toolsWe Are Looking For:
Experience with AI frameworks that are optimized for different tasks and purposesExperience working in software development environmentsExperience using scripting languages (Python, php, etc..) to automate tasksExperience using git and source controlExperience using cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) or private cloud and virtulization (Open Stack, VMware, KVM, etc..)Experience using AI to enhance and enrich technical writingExperience with building tools to automate writing, researching, authoring, and publishing contentKnowledgeable with machine learning and working with large datasetsExperience with firewalls, cybersecurity, networking and troubleshooting is desirableExperience with Fortinet or similar solutions is desirableBA or BS degree, preferably in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, MIS, System and Network administration or a related fieldStrong cybersecurity expertiseExperience with firewalls, cybersecurity, networking and troubleshootingExperience with Fortinet or similar solutionsFortinet or other cybersecurity certificationsCloud engineering certificationsGood to have:
