As a Technology Lead, you will utilize your extensive experience in React Native and Type Script to guide teams through the Software Development Life Cycle. You will not only deliver high-quality code but also play a crucial role in architecture design, mentor team members, and ensure seamless implementation and testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interface with stakeholders to extract requirements
• Create high-level design artifacts and oversee implementation
• Validate testing processes for continuous improvement
• Manage monorepos and ensure code quality across teams
• Lead initiatives for performance and developer experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent needed
• Four plus years of Information Technology experience
• Strong skills in React Native and full-stack architecture
• Excellent understanding of state management practices
• Commitment to being based in Burnaby/Vancouver, BC
