Job Title: Salesforce Application Operations Analyst

Location: Burnaby, British Columbia
Working with the institution and stakeholders to understand requirements and advise on the features and capabilities of the Salesforce platform
Leads / supports Joint Application Design sessions, designs solutions, creates prototypes and wireframes, delivers Sprint Review demos
Develops User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
Supports Product Owner, development team members, and stakeholders
Applies service design principles and incorporates stakeholder feedback
Experience working in either public sector (e.g., Ministry, Crown Corporation) or health care (e.g., Health Authority) in a Canadian jurisdiction
Experience filling critical roles on large, complex projects
Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams
Exposure to various Salesforce Clouds and Industry Solutions (e.g., Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions), as well as a variety App Exchange products
Salary/Rate: $70.00
