The City of New Westminster is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to support its IT Division. With a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, you will execute testing activities to ensure that advanced metering infrastructure meets business requirements. Your expertise in test strategy design and defect management will be pivotal in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute functional and regression testing for AMI systems
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and reports
• Analyze and document testing defects encountered
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders for effective resolution
• Conduct thorough testing of complex end-to-end systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in a Systems Analyst role
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database structures
• Familiarity with HP Quality Center for tracking
• Understanding of networking and cloud services
