Lead e-commerce analytics for Podean in Canada, using SQL and dashboards to turn marketplace performance data into actionable client insights.
As Business Analytics Manager, you will support client management teams across Amazon and other digital marketplaces. You will develop reports, presentations, and repeatable data outputs while communicating complex findings clearly. The work connects analysis with strategic recommendations that improve client performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead comprehensive client performance reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Become an expert in Podean’s analytics tools and technology
- Translate data insights into strategic client recommendations
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency across analyses
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics or a related field
- At least five years’ data analysis experience in e-commerce
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and visualization software
- Experience with Profitero, Jungle Scout, Helium
10, or similar - Excellent communication and complex data presentation skills
