Legal Operations Technology Manager

Lead legal technology and workflow improvement remotely at Amplitude, using automation and AI-enabled tools to strengthen operations. Build systems that help Legal move faster.

As an experienced Legal Operations Manager, you will partner with Commercial, Product, Privacy, Corporate, Finance, and IT teams. You will simplify legal work through scalable processes, technology strategy, reporting, and change management. Your work supports visibility into priorities and risk.

• Design scalable workflows across commercial, product, privacy, corporate, and compliance work
• Optimize contract lifecycle, e-signature, intake, knowledge, and reporting tools
• Apply automation and AI-enabled tools with appropriate governance and controls
• Build dashboards covering workload, cycle times, trends, and operational priorities
• Lead process rollouts, integrations, enablement, and stakeholder communications

• Experience finding practical improvements and clarifying ambiguous processes
• Sound judgment regarding accuracy, confidentiality, security, and human review
• Ability to translate complex needs into simple workflows and requirements
• Comfort balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
