** Our Auto Insurance Division in our Burnaby location is seeking a client-focused
** Insurance Advisor, Auto**. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Requirements
* Level 1 General Insurance License.
* 6+ months of previous insurance experience.
* Strong communication written and verbal; someone who is experienced in building relationships with clients through a customer service mindset.
* An entrepreneurial spirit with a high sales drive and initiative.
* A valid driver’s license and your own personal vehicle to travel to dealership locations.
* Asset experience that will make you stand out:

*** Committed to providing an exceptional client experience by being connected to HUB International Insurance Brokers in the bigger picture; understanding the vision, mission, and goals while effecting HUB values in our day to day operation.
* Providing ICBC and private auto coverage advice and sales to clients – new, renewals, changes, cancellations - servicing our dealerships and supporting in the office when required.
* Adherence to ICBC and private auto production budgets, timelines, policies, procedures and workflows.
* Interpreting and ensuring that insurer and BC Insurance Council rules and regulations are followed including compliance with inventory, along with handling of funds and documents.
* Handling customer enquiries and complaints appropriately.
* Commitment to sales culture by identifying new business opportunities (cross-selling) of other HUB market offerings.
* Commitment to personal growth and professional development to enhance skills, abilities and performance.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

* The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
