Our client is looking for a Senior Client Service Representative within their Employee Benefits Division, who will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—supporting employee benefits coverage, administration, and ongoing client needs—while working closely with insurers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing benefit inquiries, challenges, and claims issues
- Work closely with insurance carriers to resolve issues efficiently and advocate on behalf of clients
- Proactively service accounts by anticipating client needs and keeping them informed of relevant updates
- Manage new client implementations and plan transfers, including master applications and employee enrollment documentation
- Handle plan amendments, pricing requests, and employee communication bulletins
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, ensuring timely and thorough follow-up on action items
- Deliver employee benefits administration training and employee education sessions
- Review group insurance contracts and booklets from insurance carriers and present them to clients
- LLQP and Life License (or willingness to obtain within six months of start date)
- 5+ years of experience in the employee benefits industry in a client-facing role
- GBA, RPA, or CEBS designation, or actively pursuing one
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and external stakeholders
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
