Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze insurance market trends impacting customers

• Achieve established retention and in-force policy targets

• Renew policies by tailoring recommendations to individual needs

• Maintain accurate customer information and policy details

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of Auto Insurance experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill set

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Detail-oriented for policy compliance

• Experience with brokerage tasks and management software
