As part of the newly established Shared Services team at Collectivfide, you will utilize your broker expertise to provide essential service support across 14 brokerages. With a friendly and adaptable approach, you’ll handle day-to-day personal lines servicing using EPIC and help relay a consistent experience to clients, instilling trust among teams and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal lines servicing with EPIC confidently

• Support brokerages needing extra servicing capacity

• Work remotely or onsite based on requirements

• Bring consistency and professionalism to all assignments

• Build trust swiftly with clients and team members

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of personal lines broker experience

• Active RIBO license in good standing

• Strong hands-on experience with EPIC

• Adaptable and quick to establish trust

• Passion for delivering great customer service
