Position: Dynamic Personal Lines Retail CSR

We seek knowledgeable Level 1 or 2 brokers for our Hastings Street location. In this Retail CSR role, you will balance customer service with sales goals, ensuring clients receive the best advice for their unique situations. Your ability to pivot and adapt in a busy atmosphere is crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on insurance leads through various channels

• Determine client needs and evaluate existing coverage

• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets

• Review documentation for compliance and accuracy

• Maintain thorough records of client interactions

Requirements:

• Level 1 Insurance Broker license (Level 2 preferred)

• 2+ years of ICBC insurance sales experience

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with EPIC is a plus

• Strong desire to assist and work within a team

• Commitment to ongoing personal development
