• Assist customers with drop-offs to provide a great customer experience.
• Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and take thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
• Drive a single‑car hauler (flatbed truck) to deliver the customer’s purchase straight to their front door. You don’t need a commercial driver’s license; training will be provided.
• Load and unload the customer’s vehicle on and off the hauler and inspect the car‑hauler to ensure the vehicle is mechanically sound.
• Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record. Consistent, safe driving is crucial to this role.
• Assist other team members with various tasks as necessary.

• Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Automotive knowledge and passion for cars.
• 2+ years of customer‑facing experience with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
• Great communicator with people skills – often the first person customers meet face‑to‑face.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Stoked about disrupting and redefining an age‑old industry and driven to win.
• Flexible schedule and open to working evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working on‑site at our New Westminster location.
