Salary: $26/hr
As a Field Service Representative, you will support Arjo’s customers by delivering and picking up rented products when patients and caregivers need them most. You will exceed customer demands by reliably delivering products as efficiently as possible, ensuring patients and residents have access to necessary solutions that empower movement and improve their quality of life.
- Perform deliveries and pick‑ups using a 3‑ton or 5‑ton truck
- Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery
- Load and unload medical equipment from the delivery vehicle
- Provide customers with instructions on safe equipment use
- Process delivery and pick‑up documentation onsite with medical staff as required
- Clean and process medical equipment to quality standards
- Present the highest level of customer etiquette in all patient/customer interactions
There are no specific skill requirements for this role except a valid driver’s license. We provide all the training you need to succeed.
