As a Logistics Support Specialist, you will facilitate daily warehouse operations and logistics management. Recent graduates with a background in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management are encouraged to apply. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently with technology and inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate shipments across Canada and the United States
• Process shipping documents, packing slips, and bills of lading
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers and teams
• Manage inventory, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile stock
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Requirements:
• Recent graduate or diploma holder in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to learn new software quickly
