As a Maintenance Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory processes, managing parts orders, and ensuring efficient storage solutions. You will work closely with the warranty department and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
Your role will focus on enhancing profitability through systematic inventory management and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee inventory levels and productivity at branches
• Ensure timely ordering and receipt of quality parts
• Organize parts for easy accessibility in storage
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Partner with vendors for warranty and service operations
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; degree preferred
• 2+ years of operations and customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Commitment to regular attendance and travel as required
