In the position of Integrated Supply Chain Planner, you will navigate the intricacies of our manufacturing processes to ensure customer demand is met while optimizing inventory levels. Your work will involve close collaboration with various departments, leveraging continuous improvement initiatives and data analytics to improve our S&OP processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine demand, production, and supply plans
• Balance customer demand against operational capacities
• Collaborate to align cross-functional business priorities
• Monitor inventory and identify supply chain opportunities
• Analyze and report planning performance for better decision-making
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in demand or production planning
• Proficient with Excel and ERP software
• Manufacturing experience is essential
• Relevant certifications preferred
