Become a vital part of D-Wave Systems as a Buyer II in Burnaby, driving procurement strategies for revolutionary quantum technologies. Support both R&D and Production teams in material management and sourcing.

This pivotal role demands collaboration with diverse teams to ensure essential materials are procured efficiently for both production and experimental setups. You'll manage RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier negotiations to uphold the highest standards in quality and delivery. Your attention to detail will help drive continuous improvement across procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on material needs

• Generate and administer RFQs and purchase orders

• Manage relationships with suppliers for timely, quality service

• Maintain detailed procurement records and communications

• Support engineering change processes and resolve quality issues

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Supply Chain or Engineering

• 3+ years’ procurement experience in engineering environments

• Experience with both mechanical and electronic components

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Proficient with ERP systems and data handling
