THE TEAMThe mission of the Global Logistics team is to deliver Everyday Luxury through the global transportation of goods.
THE OPPORTUNITYAs a key member of the Global Logistics team, you will manage the end‑to‑end movement of goods across all channels, including inbound freight, surface logistics, and retail and e‑commerce fulfillment. Your work will support a high‑velocity retail boutique network and an elevated final‑mile delivery experience.
THE ROLE- Lead day‑to‑day operations in partnership with Business Support to meet corporate objectives while fostering career development and a positive employee experience.
- Design and implement an integrated logistics model that optimizes freight, shipping, and delivery across e‑commerce and retail brick‑and‑mortar networks.
- Execute best‑in‑class freight, shipping, and delivery set‑ups and ensure the best possible logistics experience for boutiques and end customers.
- Mitigate risks and minimize the impact of daily operations on the business, preventing disruptions.
- Oversee departmental administration to keep daily business functions running optimally.
- Proven experience managing multi‑channel logistics (inbound, surface, retail, and e‑commerce).
- Expertise within the retail industry, with a track record of managing logistics for a fast‑paced retailer or specialized logistics provider.
- Knowledge of retail‑specific shipping strategies, including pool distribution and final‑mile mall/street‑front delivery logistics.
- Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and global visibility platforms.
- Understanding of last‑mile delivery networks and small parcel carrier management.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation is market‑leading and ranges from $100,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on experience and position level. Total compensation may include base salary, bonus and/or equity.
