Position: Buyer for Procurement and Inventory
Drive efficiency in procurement as a Buyer by managing inventory and processing purchase orders. Leverage supplier programs to optimize stock orders in our fast-paced office environment.

In this critical role, you will oversee order fulfillment for sales, stock, and miscellaneous products. The Buyer is essential in collaborating with internal teams, ensuring utilization of public sector programs, and maintaining the Ordered Queue. You'll contribute significantly by assisting suppliers and resolving purchase order issues, enhancing overall procurement effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders for sales and stock needs

• Understand and utilize supplier-sponsored programs

• Collaborate with teams to resolve order issues

• Maintain and monitor the Ordered Queue

• Support Purchasing and Procurement projects

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of buying experience preferred

• Experience in construction or related fields

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Clear communication skills in both writing and speaking
