You will prepare detailed documentation, negotiate contracts, and analyze procurement data while adhering to municipal policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop specifications and evaluate bids for procurement

• Negotiate supplier agreements and conditions

• Monitor awarded contracts for compliance and performance

• Conduct market research and prepare purchasing reports

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary education and purchasing courses

• Awareness of municipal purchasing regulations

• Experience in contract negotiation and evaluation
