Plant Buyer at Coke Bottling

Coke Canada Bottling is seeking a Plant Buyer for on-site work in Lachine. Manage plant purchases and optimize inventory accuracy while contributing to performance improvements.

As a Plant Buyer, you will execute critical purchases for operating supplies and maintenance requirements. You'll oversee spare part inventories, ensuring replenishment and organization for optimal operations.

Your role is pivotal in supporting continuous improvement initiatives by controlling costs and managing supplier relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage inventory levels in SAP accurately

• Analyze inventory targets to optimize spare part levels

• Report on purchasing and inventory performance metrics

• Organize stock room layouts for efficiency

• Communicate with maintenance staff and vendors effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required

• 1+ years related experience in consumer-packaged goods

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and SAP

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Familiarity with equipment knowledge and suppliers
