Supply Chain Manager for Battery Distributor

Our client, known for its expert service, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In this pivotal position, you'll manage purchasing for approximately 1,000 SKUs and oversee a $4M inventory budget. You'll also lead a team while collaborating with sales to enhance operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead purchasing for 1,000 SKUs and $10-12M in annual purchases

• Build relationships with key suppliers, mainly in Asia

• Own the inventory budget and optimize stock levels

• Manage shelf life and stock rotation to minimize write-offs

• Drive improvements in purchasing and warehouse workflows

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field

• 3-5 years in supply chain or inventory management

• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in leading teams
