Coordinate international shipments and export documentation with ABC Recycling Ltd. while managing freight partners, deadlines, and accurate shipment releases.
As an Export Coordinator, you will manage domestic and international shipments from booking through final documentation. The work includes ocean freight bookings, Incoterms, shipping records, and communication with overseas buyers. You will support accurate execution by coordinating freight forwarders, trucking companies, carriers, and internal operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage shipments from booking through documentation and release
- Prepare sales contracts, shipping instructions, and export documents
- Coordinate ocean freight bookings, trucking, and container schedules
- Monitor vessel schedules, ERDs, deadlines, and terminal cutoffs
- Resolve discrepancies, documentation issues, and operational challenges
- Two years of international shipping or export experience
- Knowledge of ocean freight bookings and Incoterms
- Understanding of international trade procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
