We are currently seeking a Filter Maintenance Technician to join our Vancouver (Burnaby) Field Services Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve clean indoor air. You will be hands on with HVAC systems every day, maintaining filters and ensuring clean airflow for our customers.

• Service Delivery – Travel to a variety of customer sites to inspect and change air filters in HVAC units and perform the associated repairs and housekeeping duties.
• Commitment to Safety – Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by maintaining a safe work environment for all team members, conducting hazard assessments, and documenting any incidents or near misses.
• Teamwork and Continuous Improvement – Collaborate with the Service team to continually build knowledge about air quality performance and provide ways to troubleshoot and improve processes. Seek opportunities for additional service work and assist with warehouse duties as needed.

• 3+ years of experience in an HVAC related role or in a role using mechanical knowledge and skills
• Experience handling HVAC filters is an asset

A successful candidate must be able to pass pre‑access drug, alcohol and cannabis tests and maintain a non‑GDL Class 5 driver’s license with a clean 3-year Driver’s Abstract and three years of insured driving history.
