This position works under the guidance of the Community and Facilities Directors to ensure all maintenance operations run smoothly. Timeliness and efficiency in performing routine tasks and satisfying work orders are essential to this role. Strong interpersonal skills will facilitate productive interactions with residents, vendors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and improvement for properties

• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance tasks

• Respond to work orders in a timely manner

• Manage HVAC systems and appliance repairs

• Prepare apartments for new resident move-ins

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in property maintenance

• Basic understanding of electricity, plumbing, and carpentry

• Must possess own maintenance tools

• Valid Driver's License required

• Ability to perform physical labor
