Bicycle Repair Specialist Position

Location: New Westminster

We are hiring a Bicycle Repair Specialist to handle bike repairs for our seasonal service needs. This part-time job could lead to a full-time role.

In this position, you will leverage 7 months to under a year of experience in bicycle maintenance. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting, repairing, and calibrating bicycles to ensure optimal performance. A client-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills are essential in this physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect bicycles for repair requirements

• Repair or replace defective parts using specialized tools

• Test repaired bicycles to ensure proper functionality

• Calibrate using hand tools for accurate adjustments

Requirements:

• 7 months to less than 1 year in bicycle mechanics

• Strong focus on client satisfaction

• Organized and reliable work habits

• Ability to lift and handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
