Elevate guest experiences by becoming a General Maintenance Person with Sandman Hotel Group. This role combines essential maintenance tasks with customer service to create an inviting atmosphere.
We are looking for a skilled General Maintenance Person with at least 2 years of experience in property upkeep. You will be responsible for maintaining HVAC systems, performing drywall and plumbing repairs, and ensuring building safety through inspections. Your impact will be felt directly in the guest experience at our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance
• Maintain heating, cooling, and plumbing systems
• Manage seasonal outdoor landscaping tasks
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests
• Ensure cleanliness and functionality of common areas
Requirements:
• Valid Driver's License is required
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Two years of experience in maintenance needed
• Experience in building operations preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ pounds
