Skilled Suspension Technician for Service

Enhance bike performance as a Suspension Technician. Utilize your skills to deliver exceptional service in a team-oriented atmosphere focused on rider satisfaction and product excellence.

With at least one year of relevant experience, you'll be responsible for evaluating bike suspension needs and performing factory-level repairs on both aftermarket and OEM products. You'll work closely with service team members to provide repair estimates and make necessary adjustments to suspension systems. Participation in outdoor events will also showcase your expertise and help engage customers in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine bike tuning requirements for optimal performance

• Perform factory-level suspension service on products

• Develop estimates for repair work needed

• Modify suspension settings as instructed

• Represent products at outdoor events

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings

• Knowledge of technical service equipment

• Availability for occasional travel
