Job Overview

Cleaning Supervisors manage light‑duty, industrial or specialized cleaning teams at Service Master Restoration, located at 8057 North Fraser Way, Burnaby BC . They ensure safety and cleanliness standards at the facility.

• Supervise and coordinate light duty, industrial, or specialized cleaners and janitors.
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Recommend or arrange additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
• Hire and train cleaning staff.
• Prepare work schedules and coordinate activities with those of other departments.
• Prepare budgets, estimate costs, and maintain financial records.
• May perform certain cleaning duties.

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or cleaning experience.
• Ability to manage personnel, schedules, and budgets.
• Knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards in a commercial environment.

• 5 permanent positions available.
• Hourly pay range $26.00 to $49.00, based on skill and experience.
• Full‑time, 30–35 hours per week.
• Benefits available after 3 months of employment.
