In this hands-on position, you will oversee maintenance staff and prioritize daily operations. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, your expertise will help in developing operational plans aligned with strategic goals. Leading from the front, you will troubleshoot and guide maintenance tasks to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on operational plans
• Assign and prioritize daily work orders
• Lead maintenance work alongside staff effectively
• Conduct site inspections and initiate work orders
• Monitor performance and mentor maintenance team
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in engineering/technical field
• 2-3 years experience in residential/commercial maintenance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of building systems and preventative practices
• Physical capability to perform maintenance duties
