Join BCAA as an Associate Fleet Technician on a temporary contract that offers a stable 37.5-hour work week. Provide essential roadside support services to our members.
As part of BCAA, you will take on the role of Associate Fleet Technician for a 12-month contract, with potential for further employment. Your responsibilities include delivering outstanding service by assisting members with urgent vehicle needs. Emphasizing safety and compliance, you will maintain BCAA’s high standards through every interaction and task.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to member assistance requests
• Conduct battery boosts and tire changes effectively
• Maintain friendly interactions and positive brand representation
• Promote our products and services during service events
• Care for and document BCAA equipment precisely
Requirements:
• High school diploma and relevant technical certification
• 2 years maximum mechanical or automotive experience
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver License
• Must lift at least 70lbs safely
• Strong tech skills and English communication
