Location: New Westminster
Join our team as a Supervisor for Cleaning Operations, where you will manage staff training and ensure cleanliness standards are met. This is an on-site role requiring strong supervision.
In this position, a secondary school graduation is required, along with 1-2 years of supervisory experience. You will oversee a small team of cleaning staff, conduct inspections, and prepare financial budgets. Initiating work schedules and coordinating with other departments are essential parts of your duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange training for cleaning staff
• Supervise and co-ordinate cleaning activities
• Inspect sites for cleanliness and safety
• Prepare estimates and budgets for cleaning services
• Assist cleaners in their daily tasks
Requirements:
• High school diploma necessary
• 1-2 years of experience in supervision
• Strong client focus and communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to perform job duties
