Position: Full-Time Maintenance Technician at Lookout

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will work alongside the Property Manager to ensure the high standards of maintenance across various Lookout buildings. Your responsibilities will include training maintenance staff, performing repairs, and addressing operational needs for tenants and contractors. This role is crucial in maintaining healthy, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients, ensuring that all regulations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee facility maintenance with the Property Manager

• Conduct regular inspections for upkeep and safety

• Mentor maintenance staff on best practices

• Perform repairs and routine maintenance tasks

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum two years related experience in non-profit

• Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Standard First Aid Training Certificate

• Ability to pass criminal record check

• Own vehicle for transportation of supplies
