As a Porter in the Operations department, you will report to the Team Leader or Supervisor. Key skills include attention to detail in cleaning tasks, the ability to safely operate equipment, and effective communication in English. Your contribution is essential to keep a welcoming atmosphere in shared spaces and to respond promptly to any cleanliness or supply issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of floors, washrooms, and common areas

• Restock supplies and perform regular washroom checks

• Dust and clean furniture, windows, and entrances

• Empty garbage and ensure waste disposal is done properly

• Respond to customer cleanliness concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Ability to perform cleaning tasks safely

• Physically capable of standing and walking long periods

• Regular attendance and punctuality
