Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct basic maintenance tasks including carpentry and painting

• Perform minor plumbing repairs and equipment adjustments

• Support routine inspections and preventative maintenance

• Assemble and relocate furniture and office setups

• Assist with safety-related tasks and clean maintenance areas

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in facilities or maintenance

• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate ladders

• Willingness to learn and take guidance from experienced staff

• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
