Join Lookout Housing and Health Society as a Maintenance Technician II in a permanent, full-time role. Focus on facility maintenance, ensuring high safety and operational standards.

This position works directly with the Property Manager to carry out essential maintenance tasks while providing guidance to the maintenance team. Your hands-on experience will help maintain our facilities, respond to operational issues, and submit necessary financial documentation. You will be pivotal in creating a safe, supportive atmosphere for adults in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect facilities regularly for compliance and safety

• Coach maintenance personnel in effective practices

• Fix plumbing, electrical, and drywall issues

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of properties

• Collaborate with contractors for operational needs

Requirements:

• Two years maintenance experience in a relevant field

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Current First Aid Certification

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong communication and organizational skills
