Position: Assistant to Floral Designer for Events
Support our lead floral designer as a Flower Helper in an event and wedding company. Enjoy a variety of tasks while helping create beautiful floral arrangements.

We're seeking an energetic Floral Helper focused on providing excellent assistance in our warehouse and  part of our team, you’ll learn the essentials of flower care and arrangement while ensuring a neat workspace. Experience isn’t necessary; however, attention to detail and reliability are crucial. Training will be provided to help you excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure flowers are well-watered and stored

• Arrange flowers according to event specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Help set up floral displays at events

• Transport waste to proper disposal areas

Requirements:

• Must be available for on-call shifts, especially evenings and weekends

• No formal experience required, training included

• Detail-oriented and reliable

• Strong time management skills

• Previous experience in floral work is a benefit
