Position: Burnaby Maintenance Technician Role
Join our team as a dedicated Maintenance Technician in Burnaby, focusing on building and grounds maintenance. You'll ensure the safety and efficiency of residential facilities while meeting essential repair needs.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this position involves a range of tasks from plumbing to electrical repairs and maintaining beauty in groundskeeping. You will support a safe environment for tenants and work independently, making a meaningful contribution to property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct building maintenance and repairs

• Install and check electrical systems

• Perform plumbing fixture repairs

• Carry out grounds maintenance duties

• Keep detailed maintenance logs

Requirements:

• Grade 10 education plus 2 years of related experience

• Valid BC Driver’s Licence

• Effective verbal and written communication

• Physical capability for maintenance tasks

• Strong organizational abilities
