Position: Maintenance and Janitorial Staff Needed
Canlan Sports is hiring a Janitor to ensure our recreational complexes remain immaculate and inviting. This role emphasizes both cleaning and minor maintenance work to enhance customer experience.

The janitorial position at Canlan Sports requires a proactive individual dedicated to upholding safety and cleanliness standards. You will perform various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, scrubbing, and garbage removal, while also aiding in minor maintenance projects. An ability to work flexible hours will support our diverse daily needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general cleaning per established safety protocols

• Keep grounds and parking areas clean and secure

• Perform seasonal snow and debris removal tasks

• Document cleaning activities using established checklists

• Support ice maintenance during busy periods

Requirements:

• Completed high school education or equivalent

• Valid driver's license is beneficial

• Previous janitorial experience is preferred

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings

• Strong communication skills and team orientation
