Position: Building Operator at Onni Group
Join Onni Group as a Building Operator in Burnaby, BC, where you will maintain and operate commercial properties efficiently. This full-time role emphasizes quality service and proactive maintenance.

As a Building Operator, you will collaborate with Property Managers and contractors to ensure facilities are in top condition. Key responsibilities include managing HVAC systems, supervising tenant improvements, and performing walkthrough inspections. You will document concerns for management and coordinate trades for essential tasks, enhancing the overall property experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for building maintenance

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems

• Supervise tenant improvement and capital expenditure projects

• Perform Tenant Walkthrough Inspections and address deficiencies

• Document maintenance issues and coordinate additional work

Requirements:

• 3+ years in commercial building systems maintenance

• 4th or 5th Class Power Engineer certification preferred

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Reliable vehicle and Class 5 driver’s license

• Available for overtime and on-call duties
