Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards for building appearance and functionality

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and controls

• Supervise tenant improvement and capital projects

• Process and complete tenant service requests

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a commercial environment

• 4th or 5th Class Power Engineer/Operator certification is advantageous

• Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and automation

• Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
