As a Night Cleaner at Everclean, a trusted name under Kandor Management Corp., you will take the lead in performing detailed cleaning tasks. Responsibilities include managing all common area floors, adhering to safety standards, and responding to emergencies as needed. We believe in training our teams well to support your growth and ensure high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform auto scrubbing of all floor surfaces

• Dust mop and sweep as needed daily

• Clean and maintain public and freight elevators

• Address spills immediately using caution signs

• Complete all maintenance logs and incident reports

Requirements:

• Strong ability to operate cleaning equipment

• Consistent attendance and reliability

• Capability to follow polices and procedures

• Understanding of safety practices and instructions

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
