As a Facility Officer at CSIS, you will be vital to the Corporate Services team ensuring efficient asset usage. Your work will involve evaluating building systems, coordinating repairs, and engaging in safety committee participation. This role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and analyze building systems' services and maintenance
• Recommend improvements for systems reliability and performance
• Prepare cost estimates for maintenance and upgrade projects
• Manage service contracts and liaise with clients
• Support workplace health and safety initiatives
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in facilities management
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or architectural systems
• Valid Canadian driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 20 kgs (45 lbs)
• Experience with safety policies and building codes
Leverage your expertise in facilities management, collaborating with teams while ensuring the optimal performance of CSIS facilities.
