As a Resident Caretaker, you will actively manage a residential rental property, ensuring quality upkeep and effective operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and turnover suites
• Complete minor repairs and building maintenance tasks
• Supervise contractors and service providers
• Conduct inspections during resident move-ins and move-outs
• Manage rent collection and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
• 2+ years in caretaking or property management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficient with computers and software
• Valid Class 5 driver's license is an asset
