New Vista Housing in Burnaby, BC, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician on a casual, part-time basis to support the Facilities Manager. The role covers general maintenance across our residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and grounds upkeep.
You should have Grade 10 with maintenance experience, strong communication, and a valid BC driver's licence. On-site work with parking and a monthly phone allowance is provided.
