Your duties will include operating cleaning machines, stripping and buffing floors, and adhering to safety protocols while supporting vulnerable individuals. Training opportunities ensure you are well-equipped to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean apartments, kitchens, and community areas

• Use floor care machinery effectively for maintenance

• Conduct detailed scrubbing and buffing of surfaces

• Follow safety rules and complete necessary documentation

• Engage in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Effective communication skills in English

• Previous experience in residential or healthcare cleaning

• Ability to operate independently and meet physical job requirements

• Willing to secure a Vulnerable Sector Check

• Knowledge of a second language is advantageous
