Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain lobby, stairways, and hallways
• Vacuum carpeted areas for thorough cleanliness
• Mop tiled floors and keep entrances clear
• Sanitize washrooms, gym, and amenity rooms
• Conduct exterior walk-throughs and litter pick-up
Requirements:
• Communicate effectively in English
• Reliable, punctual, and friendly demeanor
• Able to lift 20 lbs and climb a 5ft ladder
• Experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals
• High school diploma or equivalent
